No, but it is recommended because you will earn 50 Creward points for every night stay. Use your points to book and not your $! Plus save $ daily on restaurants, groceries, gas Through our partners discount APP,You earn cash back for every gallon you pump, then redeem for cash or gift cards! Sign up HERE!

Do I have to pay to use CrewTel-USA?

No, CrewTel is FREE to use! However, keep an eye out for our app launching later on, we may be asking our members for a small fee to assist us in making CrewTel even better for our members!

How do I modify my reservation? (early check-in, late check-out)

Please contact the hotel front desk directly, mention you are a CrewTel-USA guest, request changes to your reservation dates,  and request early check in, or late check out if availability permit.

I made a reservation but I do not have my confirmation Number?

After you made your reservation CREWTEL USA, have no records, All your records will be at hotel front Desk, Call 855-490-7786  after the Greetings enter Airport 3 letter code, Choose the hotel option and talk to FRONT DESK

How can I check my Creward Points balance?

Email: creward@crewtel-usa.com 

Also by the 15th of the every month you will receive your statement through your email on file.

How do I redeem my Creward Points?

If you have enough CREWARD points ( each hotel shows the rate by points) Use your points to book, not your $! Redeem Creward Points HERE.

How do I cancel my reservation for free?

To cancel on day of arrival, call front desk of hotel directly (between 4- 6pm hotel local time( check cancellation cut off time for each hotel)), mention you are a CrewTel guest and would like to cancel your reservation.
